Tactical Training Academy: User and Company Terms and Conditions

 

 

Welcome to the Tactical Training Academy (TTA) .  Your participation in our programs means you (or your employer) cares about quality training and effective emergency management. 

 

All training outlines, courses, presentations, tests, and the information provided by the TTA are designed for educational and informative purposes only.  By participating in the TTA and any of its associated services or classes, you agree to adhere by the following terms and conditions:

 

Photos and Videos:

The TTA is given all rights to use photos and/or videos that may be taken of a group or individual by TTA employees or representatives during any TTA event. Recording all or a portion of a training is not allowed.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns Policy

The Tactical Training Academy does not accept returns of physical merchandise in any condition.

If your class or service is canceled, your payment is 100% refundable. 

If you cancel a class or service with more than ten (10) business days before the course start date, half of your payment is refundable. 

If you cancel a class or service with less than ten (10) business days from the start of your class, your payment is not refundable. 

If you fail a required qualification to enter or complete a class, your payment is not refundable.

TTAC Rules

By attending a course or event on the Tactical Training Adventure Course grounds, you agree to the following rules. Any violation of these rules may result in your removal and criminal trespass from the TTAC: 

-No smoking, marijuana, vaping or other drugs on-site

-No Alcohol

-Any behavior deemed unacceptable or dangerous by the Master Instructor may result in your immediate removal from a course/session. Examples include horseplay, violation of a firearm safety rule or not obeying an Instructor directive. 

 

Privacy Policy

The Tactical Training Academy only collects personal information when you request our services and only uses the information collected to provide those services for you. If you choose to make a purchase, you will be asked to provide contact information (such as your name and shipping address) and financial information (such as your credit card number and expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your order.  The Tactical Training Academy handles all of this data and your personal information with the utmost confidentiality.

 

Terms and Conditions

The network of the Tactical Training Academy or its affiliates or subsidiaries is comprised of various websites, web pages, training programs, and courses. The Tactical Training Academy Web Sites and Programs are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. Your use of the Tactical Training Academy Web Site(s) and Programs constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, and notices. Your use of a particular Tactical Training Academy website or program included within the Tactical Training Academy network may also be subject to additional terms outlined elsewhere. Additionally, the Tactical Training Academy Services may contain additional terms that govern particular features or offers. 

 

Modification of Terms
The Tactical Training Academy reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which the Tactical Training Academy services are offered, including but not limited to the charges associated with the use of the Tactical Training Academy services. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

USE OF SITE, PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION
Unless otherwise specified, the Tactical Training Academy services are for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from the Tactical Training Academy websites or services. You may display and, subject to any expressly stated restrictions or limitations relating to specific material, electronically print hard copy portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use, or to place an order with Tactical Training Academy or to purchase Tactical Training Academy products. Any other use of materials on this Site, including but not limited to the modification, reproduction, distribution, republication, display or transmission of the content of this Site, without prior written permission of Tactical Training Academy is strictly prohibited. Harassment in any manner or form on the Site or any of the Tactical Training Academy Websites, including via e-mail and chat or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others, including a Tactical Training Academy employee, host, or representative or other members or visitors on the Site is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the Site any content which is libelous, defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable, or which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law. You may not upload commercial content on the Site or use the Site to solicit others to join or become members of any other commercial online service or other organization.

 

Completion of any TTA course does not constitute an offer of employment nor a guarantee of any particular course of action in the field by any trainee.  Users and corporations who use the TTA as a training tool accept responsibility for their own and their employee's actions, and are required to familiarize themselves with state and local laws and ordinances regardless and outside of any TTA presentation or course.  By participating in any TTA course or program, the user and/or corporation agrees to hold harmless the TTA (and any associated staff, organization, or person otherwise associated with the TTA) in any past, present, or future liability-incurring event that the TTA may or may not have provided training, testing, or instruction on.

 

Indemnity:

The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the TTA and its affiliates from all claims, losses, fees, costs, and or judgments that may be asserted against the TTA for providing any of its services.  The user incurs and accepts all liability that may arise from any TTA provided training program, lesson, seminar, or instruction, with the understanding that the TTA provides access to the services in an effort to reduce the user's liability and improve the users training. This provision will remain in effect even after the termination of any TTA contract or course.
